BidBil is an international billiard marketplace where enthusiasts from Poland, Europe and around the world come together. Our C2C platform lets you buy and sell billiard equipment for free — cues, balls, tables, cloth, chalk and accessories. We charge zero commission on any transaction. List your item in three formats: auction with real-time bidding, Buy Now for instant purchase at a fixed price, or an announcement with no time limit.
Every listing has detailed attributes tailored to the category — for cues: length, tip diameter, shaft material, brand (Predator, Mezz, Konllen, Cuetec); for balls: diameter (50.8 mm pool, 52.5 mm snooker), manufacturer (Aramith, Super Aramith Pro), set type; for tables: size (7-ft, 8-ft, 9-ft), cloth color (Simonis 760, 860), condition. Geolocation shows the distance from the buyer — making it easy to arrange local pickup for large items.
Billiard Tournament Organizer
BidBil is also a full-featured billiard tournament organizer with live brackets and real-time scoring. We support 10 variants: 8-ball, 9-ball, 10-ball, straight pool (14.1), One Pocket, Bank Pool, Rotation, snooker 6-red and 15-red, and 3-cushion carom. Tournament formats include: single elimination, round robin, double elimination (2KO), groups + knockout, and hybrid setups.
The organizer sets the number of tables, race-to (frames to win), break format (winner/loser/alternating), date and location. Players join with a BidBil account or as guest entries (no login required). The system automatically generates brackets, tracks frame-by-frame results, and calculates statistics (highest break, longest run, pot success rate). TV / live broadcast mode displays the tournament on a big screen in the club — brackets, current matches, top scorers, table assignments. The BidBil Table app works on tablets at each table — players enter scores directly without going back to the organizer.
Online Snooker Scorer — No Login Required
Beyond full tournaments, we offer an interactive snooker scorer you can use without an account. It runs in the browser, tracks both players' points, fouls with the minimum 4-point penalty, free balls, colour sequence and game phase (reds → colours). Safety & Community
Seller phone numbers are hidden behind a proof-of-work challenge — protecting against scraping by commercial bots. Every transaction includes a chat between buyer and seller (with attachments). A review system (1–5 stars + comment) builds seller reputation — verified sellers get a blue badge. Rate limiting on bids prevents bot attacks on popular auctions. The entire platform runs on HTTPS with GDPR-compliant cookies and optional Facebook OAuth2 login.

What's the difference between an auction, Buy Now, and an announcement?
An auction runs for a limited time (typically 3–7 days) and lets buyers bid — the highest offer wins. Buy Now is an instant purchase at a fixed price, no waiting required. An announcement has no time limit and no automatic transaction — buyer and seller connect via phone or chat.
Does BidBil charge any commission?
No. All auctions, Buy Now offers and announcements are completely free for individual users — from listing to completion. The platform is supported by technology partners (shop integrations) and future premium advertising.
Does BidBil handle payments?
No. BidBil is a C2C platform — we connect sellers with buyers, but all payments and shipping are handled directly between the parties. We don't offer escrow, don't hold funds, and don't charge transaction fees.
How are sellers verified?
Sellers can earn a blue "Verified" badge after confirming their identity and transaction history. A review system (1–5 stars + comment after purchase) builds public reputation. These are helpful signals, not a guarantee of honesty — always check reviews and ask questions before buying.
What if there's a dispute with a seller or buyer?
Since BidBil doesn't handle payments, disputes are resolved directly between the parties. We can help with communication — the built-in chat preserves history as evidence, and the review system allows public feedback. If you suspect fraud, report it to us and to the police.
Can I organize private tournaments?
Yes. When creating a tournament you choose visibility: public (visible in the directory, anyone can join) or private (access only via direct link, ideal for clubs and friend groups). The organizer keeps full control over the player list, format and schedule.
