About Rasson

Rasson Billiards is a Chinese table maker whose tables have hosted the WPA World 9-ball and 10-ball Championships and World Snooker Tour events in recent years. Pool tables Ox, Mars and Victory (7ft, 8ft, 9ft) with slate beds and Rasson Accu-Rubber cushions, snooker tables Magnum and Strong 12ft. In Poland it is the most common new tournament table in clubs and increasingly common used in listings.

Rasson or Diamond?

Both are world championship tables. Diamond has faster-rebounding cushions and a higher price; Rasson is 30–40% cheaper with comparable slate quality. In Europe Rasson service and parts are easier to get.

How much does a Rasson table cost?

Victory II 8ft from about 2300 EUR, 9ft from 2800 EUR. Mars 9ft 4200–5800 EUR, Ox 9ft 8000–10500 EUR. Add transport and installation, usually 350–700 EUR.

Is a used Rasson a good buy?

Yes, if the slate was never moved without disassembly and the cushions are not crumbling. Tables from closing clubs after 5–8 years usually need new cloth (190–470 EUR) and sometimes cushion rubber.
