How it works

Create a business account

Sign up on BidBil and switch the account type to Business. All it takes is a VAT ID.

Generate a key in your shop

In BaseLinker / WooCommerce / PrestaShop, generate a read-only API key — the configurator walks you through each platform.

Map your categories

For every category in your shop pick a matching BidBil category. Unmapped categories are skipped at import.

Activate and relax

The first batch of offers lands on BidBil within minutes. After moderator approval, subsequent syncs run on their own.

FAQ

Do you need my shop password? +
No. You create a dedicated read-only API key for products. We never see customers, orders, or shop settings.
What if I change a product's price or description in my shop? +
It syncs automatically. On the next sync cycle (every ~15 min) a price, description, name or stock change in your shop refreshes the BidBil offer. Offers you've already finished or cancelled are left alone.
What about BidBil orders? +
Once you accept the order in BidBil, it's pushed automatically to your platform (BaseLinker / WooCommerce / PrestaShop) — it shows up as a normal order with customer address and a "BidBil order" note. You fulfil it from there like any other.
Can I pause syncing? +
Anytime. Hit Pause — sync stops, existing offers stay. You can also remove the whole integration: offers stay under your account, only the link to the external shop disappears.
How many products can I import? +
No hard cap. Each sync cycle imports up to 200 products per integration; the rest catches up on subsequent cycles (every ~15 min) — large catalogs land within a few hours.
