About Cue Service
Cue repair services are labour, not goods: new tips, ferrules and wraps, shaft straightening, turning and refinishing. Listings come from workshops and individual craftsmen across Poland, so a cue can be dropped off in person or sent by courier.
The most common job is a tip change — fifteen minutes of work, but done badly it transforms the cue for the worse. Second is straightening: a shaft that wobbles when rolled across the cloth can often be saved, provided the wood has not cracked. Workshops also re-pin joints, fit new Irish linen and leather wraps, and restore old cues from the 1970s and 80s. Parts for doing it yourself are in tips, ferrules and glues and tools, while tables are handled by table service.
