About Complete Cues
Complete cues are a butt and shaft in one set, ready to play once screwed together. It is the largest cue subcategory on BidBil and the most common first purchase: a used Predator Sneaky Pete, Mezz EC7, Cuetec AVID or Lucasi Custom usually costs 30–50% less than new here. Listings show the joint (3/8×10, Uni-Loc, radial), tip diameter, weight in oz and condition.
What to check: straightness (a cue rolled on the table must not bounce), a joint that screws tight without play, a ferrule without cracks. The tip does not matter, you will replace it at a cue service. If you already own a butt, look at shafts separately, and for tournaments at break cues. Which cue to start with and how much to spend is covered in the guide which billiard cue to buy.
